Terms of Service

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services in your country if higher. Buying diamonds and receiving payouts require you to be an adult where you live, or to have a parent or guardian's permission.

Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens on it. One person per account.

We may warn, limit, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or our community rules. A banned account can appeal from the sign-in screen; a moderator reviews every appeal.

You keep ownership of what you stream and post. So that we can run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, stream, display and distribute it on Stagio and to make the copies needed to do so (for example recordings you choose to keep and clips). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it or we must keep it by law.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you stream, including music, games and other people who appear in it.

Don't use Stagio to:

• harass, threaten or bully anyone, or promote hatred against people for who they are;
• share sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities), or sexual content of anyone without their consent;
• show or encourage violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
• spam, scam or impersonate others, or manipulate gifts, followers or views;
• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• interfere with the service, get around its limits or bans, or collect data from it without our permission.

Chat and live video may be checked automatically, and people can report streams, messages and accounts. Moderators can remove content and end streams that break these rules.

Diamonds are a virtual currency for sending gifts on Stagio. They are licensed to you, not sold; they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged outside the service, and are bought through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Google Play or the App Store under those providers' terms too.

Sending a gift is final. You can ask us for a refund of a diamond purchase within 14 days of buying, as long as the diamonds haven't been spent; if it's approved, the money goes back through the provider you paid with and the diamonds are removed from your wallet. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are refunded by that store, under its rules. Your legal rights to a refund are not affected.

Creators earn a share of the value of the gifts they receive: 80% unless we tell you otherwise in the app, shown on your earnings dashboard. You can ask for a payout of earnings that haven't already been paid or requested, above the minimum shown in the app, to PayPal, a bank account or another method we offer. We review payouts before sending them and may hold or cancel a payout, or reverse earnings, connected to fraud, refunds or a breach of these terms. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn.

You can stop using Stagio and delete your account at any time (Settings in the app, or /delete-account). Earnings you request before deleting are paid as usual; deleting cancels requests that are still pending. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we have to by law.

We work to keep Stagio available and safe, but we provide it "as is": streams, chat and other content come from users, not from us, and the service may change or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Stagio after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where AXISAX INVESTMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
